RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no delivery charges at any point.
30 day warranty
Every BookGlow projector is covered for 30 calendar days from the day it is delivered. If it arrives damaged, arrives faulty, stops working, or is not the item you ordered, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
What we accept
Returns are accepted only when the item is damaged, defective, not working as described, or when we sent you the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and we do not accept returns because the wrong colour was selected at checkout. The projector comes in white and grey only, both are clearly shown and named on the product page, and choosing one over the other is not an error on our side. If we sent the colour you did not order, that is our mistake and we will put it right at no cost to you.
Photographs are required
Every claim must include clear photographs of the item and of the packaging it arrived in, showing the problem. Requests submitted without photographs cannot be assessed and will not be accepted.
Condition of the item
Any item returned to us must arrive intact and complete, with its remote control, cable, power adapter, manual and original box, and with no damage beyond the fault you reported. Items that arrive incomplete, or damaged after delivery, will not be refunded.
How to start a claim
Email getbookglow@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the photographs described above. We will review it and reply with the outcome and, where a return is needed, the address to send it to. Please do not send anything back before we have approved it, as parcels arriving without an approved claim cannot be matched to an order and may be refused.
Return costs
Where a return is required because the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, you pay nothing. In any other case that we agree to accept as an exception, a return shipping cost may apply and we will tell you the amount before you send anything.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, or once a returned item reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few further days to post the money to your account.
Software and app availability
The projector runs Android with its own built in app store. We do not guarantee that any specific application is or will remain available in that store. Where an application is not available there, it can still be used through AirPlay or screen mirroring from your phone, tablet or computer. The absence of any particular app is therefore not a defect and is not grounds for a return.
Not covered
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquid, unauthorised repairs or normal wear is not covered. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is delivered to an address inside the European Union, the following rights apply in addition to the above and take precedence over anything that conflicts with them.
14 day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification, including if you have simply changed your mind. This applies to every item, including anything bought on sale or with a discount code. To exercise it, email getbookglow@outlook.com before the 14 days are up, quoting your order number, or send us the model withdrawal form below. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back. The item must come back complete and in the same condition you received it. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and we will confirm the return address and the approximate cost when we acknowledge your request.
Refunds under the withdrawal right
We refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until the item reaches us, or until you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever happens first.
Legal guarantee of conformity
You have a legal guarantee of three years from delivery covering any lack of conformity of the product, under Spanish and EU consumer law. For the first two years, any defect that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise. Our 30 day warranty above is offered in addition to this and does not replace or limit it. Contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as the law provides.
